Hi, I'm Haley!
I love helping people discover the "why" behind what they do.
I'm Haley Duckworth - a digital marketing enthusiast with over 10 years of experience in the marketing industry. My background stems from a variety of educational and professional accomplishments ranging from corporate marketing to non-profit experience in a wide variety of diverse roles.
I am the proud recipient of a Master of Science degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from West Virginia University. I am also a 2014 graduate from the University of Southern Indiana, where I obtained my Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations and Advertising. During my time at USI, I was active in organizations such as PRSSA, Young Life, Relay for Life, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and United Way.
I have a diverse background in Communications and PR through my educational and professional work experience. In January of 2014, I obtained an Internship in Communications at SABIC Innovative Plastics (Saudi Basic Industries Corporation), a diversified global manufacturing company that is active in chemicals, polymers, fertilizers and metal. Working for a global company like SABIC has given me tremendous experience.
After completing the internship at the beginning of 2015, I received a promotion to a Site Communications Leader role for all of the SABIC manufacturing facilities in America. The America’s sites are currently implementing a new global program that I helped to support with Communications initiatives world-wide.
While employed as a Marketing Specialist at the Atlas World Group World Headquarters, I was able to continually market the Atlas household goods (B2B) segment, as well as a number of our other subsidiaries including Avail Move Management and Atlas World-Class Travel. In this position, I managed several of our agent marketing programs. Atlas World Group, Inc. comprises a family of companies that deliver transportation and related services globally through a network of quality agents and select service partners.
I previously served as the Community Engagement Director for Community One, Inc., an Evansville area non-profit focused on housing restoration and community development. In this role, I was the primary contact for all press and media related material regarding the organization, and I continually sought out new ways to keep the community engaged with the organization whether it be through social media, events, or publications. I worked directly with the Board of Directors and the Executive Director to continually implement best practices in public relations and communications, while striving to meet our annual philanthropy goals.
In 2017, I started my own marketing agency, providing digital marketing services to small businesses and non-profits. In addition, I assisted MasterBrand Cabinets as an SEO consultant, researching and creating content for our family of brands, and managed the social media presence for Crosspoint Church in Northwest Florida.
Prior to a move back to my home state in Indiana, I obtained a position with H.B. Fuller, a leading global adhesives provider focusing on perfecting adhesives, sealants and other specialty chemicals across all industries throughout the world. As a Marketing Communications Analyst, I provide marketing support by working with internal partners and external vendors to develop marketing materials, such as: graphic designs, brochures/pamphlets, trade shows materials, sales training manuals, sales sample cards, schematics, and videos. I also assist in the execution of delivery of content via traditional or digital channels. To drive profitable growth and win with customers, I work under the direction of marketing team members and commercial leaders to deliver content and coordinate activities that are aligned with market segment strategy, strengthen the H.B. Fuller brand, and increase demand for the company’s products and services.
I currently serve on the Advisory Board for the University of South Florida College of Business, and I enjoy teaching the next generation of marketing professionals as an Adjunct Faculty at three amazing universities.
My other interests include Public Policy and Government Affairs. I have assisted on multiple local-level candidate campaigns.
